Job Description

Seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist in Lake Wylie, SC for a 13-week, 40-hour/week assignment with an 8-hour shift.

Evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility and alleviate pain.

Perform comprehensive assessments, utilize evidence-based interventions, and educate patients on home exercises.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications include a SC PT license; outpatient experience is preferred but new grads are welcome. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach are essential.
