Seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient position in Mesa, AZ, working 40 hours/week on 8-hour shifts.
Assess and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with various conditions. Provide hands-on therapy to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent injuries. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes. Educate patients on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention strategies. Monitor progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Qualifications include an active AZ PT license, strong communication skills, and a passion for patient care; new grads are welcome.
