This PRN Speech Language Pathologist role involves providing direct speech therapy to patients based on physician referrals.
Offers $50-$55/hr DOE, with in-house rehab programs, supportive teams, and growth opportunities. Requires MS/MA in speech therapy, ASHA certification or CFY eligibility, and valid state licensure. Preferred 1+ year post-acute care experience; CPR certification is required. Responsibilities include developing and adjusting therapy goals, charting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety. Must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, good body mechanics, and effective communication skills. Performs patient evaluations, utilizes therapy software, and participates in community health initiatives. Physical activities include sitting, standing, lifting, and moving intermittently during work hours. This position emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, compliance, and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
