Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments. Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). Provide direct therapy services in group and individual settings. Track progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes. Support teachers and families with strategies and resources. Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and team planning. Maintain accurate records per regulatory standards. Contribute to early intervention initiatives and screenings. Qualifications include a Masterâs in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and preferred ASHA CCC-SLP. Experience in school or pediatric settings is desired. This full-time role offers a salary of $88,000-$130,000, with benefits like 401(k), health/dental insurance, and paid time off, working Monday through Friday in person.
