The PRN Registered Nurse – House Supervisor provides leadership in an acute care hospital during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities include patient acuity assessment, staffing coordination, clinical problem-solving, and staff discipline. Acts as a resource for staff, communicates incidents, and enforces policies to ensure quality patient care. Leads patient care teams, makes patient and bed assignments, and fosters professional growth. Requires RN licensure in Virginia or a compact state, with at least 2 years of acute care experience.
