Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing patient care related to physical therapy.

  • Gather pertinent data from charts and care providers, consulting with physicians as needed.
  • Independently assess all assigned patient types and recognize additional needs during evaluation.
  • Exercise good judgment in requesting tests, scheduling, and performing interventions.
  • Interpret results, set measurable and achievable goals, and regularly reassess patient progress.
  • Identify appropriate equipment and discuss options with patients and families.

    • Requirements include a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, an active LPT license in the state, and BLS certification. This is a full-time position.
