Job Description
The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing patient care related to physical therapy.
Gather pertinent data from charts and care providers, consulting with physicians as needed. Independently assess all assigned patient types and recognize additional needs during evaluation. Exercise good judgment in requesting tests, scheduling, and performing interventions. Interpret results, set measurable and achievable goals, and regularly reassess patient progress. Identify appropriate equipment and discuss options with patients and families. Requirements include a Bachelorâs, Masterâs, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, an active LPT license in the state, and BLS certification. This is a full-time position.
