Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality patient care in a well-established outpatient setting.
Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic techniques, documenting progress, educating patients, and monitoring improvements.
Qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or enrollment in a related program, current licensure or eligibility, and preferably outpatient experience.
Must work collaboratively and commit to exceptional patient outcomes.
