Job Description
Seeking a Physical Therapist for acute care, outpatient, inpatient, or home health settings, with responsibilities including evaluating referrals, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Performs comprehensive assessments, coordinates care with clinical teams, and supervises Physical Therapy Assistants.
Provides skilled interventions using therapeutic procedures, promptly addresses abnormal responses, and documents findings accurately and timely.
In home health, plans and reassesses care, maintaining quality documentation per policies.
Requires Oklahoma PT license or eligibility, BLS certification, effective communication, and relevant experience, especially in aquatics, hand therapy, or community re-entry.
Must operate vehicles, have a valid Oklahoma driverâs license, and comply with safety and infection control protocols.
