    • Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, evaluate needs, develop and modify treatment plans, and document progress
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and support staff
  • Ensure safety and infection control standards
  • Work day shifts as needed, including during emergencies

    • Requirements:
  • At least 2 years’ inpatient hospital experience, rehab preferred
  • Current state Physical Therapist license
  • BLS/CPR certification
