Job Description

Seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) in San Francisco County to deliver skilled home care services based on physician orders.

  • Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized therapy programs, instructing patients, families, and caregivers, and supervising therapy assistants.
  • Identify additional home health needs and refer as necessary, ensuring safe, quality care aligned with best practices.
  • Qualifications: CA PT license (new graduates welcome), CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel within the territory. Preferred: 1-2 years of home health or PT experience; Chinese speaking is a plus.
