Seeking a PRN Physical Therapist in Williamsport, PA to deliver high-quality patient care.
Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
Apply therapeutic techniques such as exercises, manual therapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy.
Ensure accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, patients, and families to coordinate care.
Educate patients on therapy exercises, injury prevention, and home programs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in meetings, and assist with discharge planning.
Follow safety, documentation, and infection control policies.
Contribute to quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications include graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program and valid state licensure.
