Physical Therapist (Mobile Outpatient) – Holland/Muskegon

Job Description

Seeking a Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist in the Holland/Muskegon area on a PRN basis, working weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with no weekends.
Compensation is $52/hour.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, re-evaluating progress, and educating patients and families.
Provide care within licensure scope, document progress, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise/train students and staff, participate in program development, and uphold quality standards.
Must be licensed, BLS certified, and knowledgeable about age-specific patient needs.
Physical demands involve frequent movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional traversing.
