Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for consistent PRN hours at an Assisted Living Facility in Clarksdale, MS, focusing on patient-centered care.

  • Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders using therapeutic procedures to enhance physical function, safety, and independence.
  • Perform assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress regularly.
  • Supervise and instruct Physical Therapist Assistants, ensure compliance with guidelines, and educate patients and families on exercises and procedures.
