Job Description

Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for an ongoing role in Kohler, Wisconsin, working 40 hours/week during day shifts.

  • Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and updating care plans, monitoring treatment outcomes, providing patient education, managing caseloads, and collaborating with physicians and team members.
  • May supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, assist with discharge planning, and participate in quality improvement activities.
  • Requires licensure in Wisconsin or Illinois, BLS certification, a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and at least 1 year of clinical experience.
  • Must demonstrate strong clinical skills, knowledge of modalities, and the ability to work independently.
  • Physical requirements include lifting, pushing, pulling, and mobility for patient care and home visits.
