Seeking a Physical Therapist in Justice, Illinois for an ongoing staff role, 40 hours/week, dayshift.

Interprets physician referrals and conducts evaluations across musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary systems.

Develops, implements, and adjusts individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient outcomes.

Provides discharge planning, home programs, education, and referrals.

Completes documentation, manages billing, and maintains productivity standards.

Ensures safety protocols, infection control, and proper equipment use.

Participates in performance improvement initiatives, professional growth, and may supervise assistants, extenders, or students.

Requires Doctorate in Physical Therapy, licensure, BLS certification, and strong communication skills.

Must meet physical demands including lifting, transferring, and working with equipment in a clinical setting.
