Provide physical therapy services, including patient screening, evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention, ensuring goals are met and responses are monitored. Educate patients, families, and staff, develop community programs, and accurately document assessments and treatment outcomes. Ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance in all activities. Qualifications include a Masterâs or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, an active license in Massachusetts, and preferred experience in orthopedic therapy. Must possess strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, with knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory standards.
