Job Description
We are seeking patient-focused Physical Therapists to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the goal of optimal recovery, pain management, and mobility restoration.
Provide excellent care to ensure positive patient outcomes and experiences.
Assess new patients, develop personalized care plans, and set measurable, functional goals.
Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and proper mechanics.
Supervise aides, monitor progress, and adjust care plans for improved outcomes.
Manage pain and teach injury prevention strategies.
Accurately document evaluations, progress, and discharges.
Maintain productivity targets, engage in research, and contribute to clinic policies.
Stay updated with current research, participate in professional development, and promote respect, diversity, and inclusion.
Qualifications include a Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy and a valid license.
