Job Description
This is a regular part-time Licensed Practical Nurse position at a vascular surgery practice located on Franklin Road, with hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, negotiable, and no weekends, call, or holidays.
Provide practical nursing support in a physician practice or clinic setting under provider supervision.
Conduct patient assessments, prepare patients for exams, assist during procedures, and document in electronic medical records.
Administer medications and injections as directed, maintain a clean and stocked work environment, and assist with lab and referral procedures.
Require graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, Virginia licensure as an LPN, current BLS certification, and preferably one year of experience.
Must demonstrate good communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with electronic health records and computer systems.
