Home Health Speech Therapist (PRN)

Job Description

The Home Health Speech Therapist provides in-home speech and language therapy to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities include developing personalized therapy plans, implementing interventions, and educating patients and families.
Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation and stay updated on therapy practices.
Candidates should have a valid SLP license, at least 1 year of experience, and strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs, performing physical tasks, and working in various home environments.
Ability to handle high-stress situations, accept feedback, and be punctual is essential.
