Job Description
Seeking a Float Physical Therapist in Worth, Illinois for ongoing, full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible shifts.
Responsibilities include interpreting referrals, conducting evaluations, developing and adjusting treatment plans, monitoring outcomes, providing discharge planning, documentation, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Perform manual techniques, operate modalities, ensure safety and infection control, manage caseload, participate in quality improvement, and supervise assistants and students as appropriate.
Requirements: Doctorate in Physical Therapy, IL or WI license, BLS certification, and excellent communication skills.
No prior experience required.
Physical demands include lifting, pushing, and manual dexterity.
