Job Description

Seeking a Float Physical Therapist in Evergreen Park, Illinois for an ongoing, full-time (40 hours/week) role with flexible shifts.

  • Responsibilities include interpreting referrals, conducting evaluations, developing and updating personalized treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Completes discharge planning, provides patient education, maintains documentation, and collaborates with healthcare team members.
  • Supervises PT assistants and students, manages caseload, and engages in performance improvement activities.
  • Requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Illinois or Wisconsin license, BLS certification, and strong communication skills.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, performing transfers, and working in various physical conditions.
