Job Description
Seeking a Float Physical Therapist in Hometown, Illinois for an ongoing, full-time position (40 hrs/week) with flexible shifts.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans, monitoring outcomes, and providing discharge instructions.
Completes documentation, manages caseloads, and collaborates with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
May supervise assistants and students, and participate in performance improvement activities.
Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Therapy, IL or WI license, BLS certification, and excellent communication skills.
Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling, and manual techniques, with adherence to safety protocols.
