Seeking a full-time Clinic Physical Therapist in Oak Lawn, Illinois, for day shifts, 40 hours/week, in a staff role.

Interprets physician referrals and conducts evaluations across musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary areas.

Develops and adjusts individualized treatment plans, monitors patient progress, and manages discharge planning with home programs and referrals.

Documents patient care, adheres to billing policies, maintains productivity, and ensures safety and infection control.

Performs manual techniques, uses equipment, assists with patient transfers, and promotes safety.

Participates in performance improvement, continuing education, and may supervise assistants and students.

Requires Doctorate in Physical Therapy, licensure, BLS certification, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Must meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in various environments with appropriate safety precautions.
