Seeking a full-time Clinic Physical Therapist in Bridgeview, Illinois, for ongoing dayshift work, 40 hours/week, in a staff role.

Provides musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations based on physician referrals.

Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, monitors outcomes, and adjusts care accordingly.

Communicates with patients, families, and healthcare team, overseeing discharge planning and home programs.

Completes documentation, billing, and maintains productivity standards.

Ensures safety, cleanliness, proper equipment use, and participates in quality improvement activities.

May supervise assistants, extenders, or students, delegating tasks while maintaining patient care responsibilities.

Requires doctorate in Physical Therapy, Illinois licensure, BLS certification, and strong communication skills.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform transfers, and work in varied physical conditions.
