Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist – Milton, West Virginia

Job Description

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Two full-time and part-time SLP positions available in a K-12 school setting in Milton, WV, starting August 2025.

These itinerant roles involve traveling between multiple sites, providing speech and language services to students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.

Candidates should be prepared to work primarily on-site with approximately 37.5 hours/week; part-time options (2-3 days/week) are available.

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized speech-language services across grade levels.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions aligned with educational goals.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals.

Manage caseloads while traveling between sites.

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

CCC preferred; licensure or certification as an SLP or SLPA considered.

Experience with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings.

Teletherapy skills are a plus but not required.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Candidates in CFY will be considered.

This contract extends for a full semester with flexible scheduling options. On-site presence is required for service and collaboration.
