Supervises PTAs and Rehab Techs to optimize resource use and support clinical skill development.
Develops and maintains a robust physical therapy program while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Upholds professional conduct, fosters positive interactions with clients and facilities, and follows safety and infection control protocols.
Promotes ongoing professional growth via continuing education and team collaboration.
Requirements include a valid state license, graduation from an accredited school, and proficiency in clinical documentation and communication.
