Job Description

This full-time Home Health Physical Therapist position in Newton, Wisconsin, offers 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, with weekend rotation.

  • Responsibilities include patient evaluation, developing and updating care plans, providing interventions, managing caseloads, collaborating with physicians, ensuring documentation compliance, supervising assistants, and participating in quality improvement and discharge planning.
