Job Description
The Specialized Home Provider role offers personalized in-home support to individuals with disabilities to enhance independence and community participation.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, health needs, medication management, transportation, and skill development in a safe, comfortable environment tailored to each individual’s preferences.
Providers support activities such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, socialization, and may assist with medical protocols and behavioral needs.
The role requires effective communication, compliance with regulations, and a reliable residence with necessary insurance and transportation.
Candidates must be at least 18, reside in Kansas, and complete mandated training. The position offers an average annual income of $47,000 (tax-free) plus household expenses.
